Coating Rheological Agent SP-300 for Papermaking Engineering Coatings

The product has low surface tension, is suitable for the application of waterborne paint system, and has excellent mutual solubility with polymer film-forming substances. It can also be dispersed in water. As an additive, this product has the properties of wetting, dispersing, defoaming, emulsifying, penetrating, antistatic, softening, lubricating and solubilizing.

Use and effect

1. Improve the wettability and leveling of pigments or fillers, thereby increasing the affinity and dispersion of fillers and liquids, making the paint more delicate and stable.

2. Enhance the surface smoothness and improve the wetness of substrates, improve the scratch resistance and adhesion resistance, improve the gloss of products, prevent shrinkage.

3. Anti-foaming, anti-oil shrinkage, anti-float and blooming of waterborne coatings.

Usage method

1. 0.1-1.0% of the amount of pigments used;

2. Adding in the later stage of coating preparation.

Packaging and Storage

1. Storage: It can be kept for 12 months at room temperature (4-30 C indoor shade).

2. Packaging: 200 kg or 1000 kg polyethylene barrel.
