Polyaluminum chloride is an inorganic polymer polyvalent ion polyelectrolyte coagulant which is an intermediate hydrolysis product between aluminum trichloride and aluminum hydroxide. Due to the bridging action of the chloride ion and the polymerization of the polyvalent ions, an inorganic polymer water treatment agent having a large molecular weight and a high charge is generated.
